I take great care over the quality of my pieces, they are upcycled or hand-made from scratch. If you do encounter any issues, then please get in touch and I'll do my utmost to sort it out. I want you to be really happy and feel your best.

Ready to shine
Returns and refunds are only accepted for pieces purchased from the pre-made items that are ready to shine. If for any reason the item does not meet your expectations, please request a return within 7 days of receipt and send the item back within 14 days of receipt. After this time no refund will be issued.

To start the process of a refund or exchange please email rarakoala@outlook.com specifying your request and whether you would like a refund or exchange. I will get back to you within 2 days.

As we will have gone through the consultation process, I do not accept returns on items made for you to your specifications and agreed mock-up.

If for any reason, you are not completely happy with the finished item, then we can look at modifying the design, but it will incur an extra cost.

Deposits paid towards Made for your items cannot be refunded.

How to return
All returns must be in an unworn, unmarked, in the condition received and in the original packaging.

Ready for you items will be issued a refund. The refund will be sent to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the inspected returned item.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning items; to be extra sure, I recommend that you insure the parcel against loss or damage.

If your item is faulty then please keep the packaging and contact me.

It is important to make sure that when signing for an item that you report any damage to the postal delivery person there and then in order to make a claim.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
